Director of Operations & Strategy
Drawing on her ten plus years in the Commerce sector, responsible for planning. coordinating, and overseeing projects that involve the operations of a business as well as being involved in a wide range of activities, such as improving processes and procedures, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and managing resources and budgets.

Mariko-Inoue Sharp
Director of Global Research and Head of International Affairs
Having experience of studying abroad from an early age, and working in 4 major continents of the world, Mariko returned to Japan and worked as an Investing Banker for major foreign securities firms. In 2022, she joined Sharpy & Co. with her husband and partner, Peter Sharp.
